Our terms:
-1- The consignment period is 3 months
-2- If the item remains unsold for 3 months and is not picked up by the consignor, it becomes the property of Severed Ties and may be sold at any price, donated, or disposed of without notice to consignor.
-3- By leaving an item with Severed Ties, the consignor agrees to a minimum consigning period of 30 days.
-4- The commission is as follows: 50% Commission to Severed Ties. Severed Ties must owe a minimum of $25.00 to consignor in order to make a payment.
-5- The Consignor agrees to reduce the price of an item 10% every 30 days, up to a 30% total reduction, unless other arrangements have been made. The consignor gets 50 % Commission, 6.35% state of Connecticut tax is automatically deducted from consignors proceeds.
-6- Consignors agree that Severed Ties shall not be responsible for loss or damage due to breakage, fire, theft or any other cause. Severed Ties reserves the right to ask for the removal of any item prior to the expiration date of this contract.
